Stadur insulated panels with Stadurlon technology

Stocked in the UK, supplied nationwide
About Us
We stock and supply high-performance insulated conservatory roof panels manufactured by the German company Stadur.
These panels are specifically designed for use on conservatory roofs and are manufactured using Stadurlon, a high-performance plastic developed in collaboration with BASF in Ludwigshafen as an alternative to PVC.
Stadurlon top layers are what make Stadur sandwich elements unique, combining durability, insulation performance, and long-term reliability.
The panels are manufactured by Stadur GmbH & Co. KG in Karstädt, Germany.
Our insulated conservatory roof panels are a composite product, comprising multiple layers that provide thermal, acoustic, and structural benefits. Unlike standard cladding, our panels are lightweight yet highly effective at maintaining a steady temperature. Here’s how our innovative solution works

Each panel combines several layers, including polypropylene and aluminium, to provide superior insulation with minimal weight protecting your structure without compromising your warranty.

Block out external noise while maintaining a comfortable internal temperature throughout the year ideal for relaxing, working, or entertaining.

Hassle-free installation that doesn’t require invasive drilling helping preserve your conservatory’s structure and warranty.

We supply premium materials backed by a 10-year guarantee ensuring long-lasting performance and peace of mind.
Why Choose Us

Superior thermal insulation provides stable temperatures year-round, reducing heat loss in winter and preventing excessive solar gain in summer.

Our panels are moisture resistant giving peace of mind on every installation.

Significantly reduce heat transfer and lower energy bills with less heating in winter and cooling in summer.
Stadulon sandwich element
Stadurlon sandwich elements consist of an extruded polystyrene core and, on both faces, top layers of Stadurlon.
Properties
Very good thermal insulation, 5 years UV-warranty,high impact resistance even in low temperatures, easy to process with usual wood and metal working tools, humidity-resistant, paintable, temperature resistance (-20°C up to +120°C)
Core Material
Extruded polystyrene foam, low vapour permeability, lowest water absorbance, Fire protection class E according to EN 13501-1. The foam core is corrugated for optimum adhesion. No dust release during processing.
